Our products will stay fresh for about 14 days on arrival if they are wrapped up well.  We do recommend freezing the products to ensure optimum freshness and taking out however many slices you need per day. Each product page has its own shelf life that is individually listed.

 

Once your account is approved, you’ll have access to all pricing, but to give you a guide, prices start from £17/tray (£1.21/slice).  We are not the cheapest, but we commit to making top-quality products with top quality ingredients, that will keep your customers coming back for more!

There is no minimum order, but a minimum of six trays are required for free delivery. If you’re ordering cookie dough or brownie mug mixes, a minimum order of six packs qualifies for free delivery. We keep our delivery fee as low as possible at just £3.99.

We have over twelve regular flavours,  five vegan options and three new specials every month so there’s always something new for your customers!

Order by 10AM Monday to Friday, and we will aim to dispatch the same day for next-day delivery. This is stock-dependent and we will keep you informed of the estimated delivery day for your order via email.

YES! You might be surprised to hear that ALL of our brownies and cakes are gluten-free, but you wouldn’t be able to tell! We have an entirely gluten-free facility, so everything is made in a gluten-free environment – we chose to do this because it means we can be confident there’s no cross-contamination. Gluten-free customers will be amazed at how many gluten-free options you have and will be sure to be back!

YES! We have an amazing vegan selection, with lovely gooey brownies, millionaire’s shortbread and more! Handmade with lots of vegan couverture chocolate, there’s no compromise on flavour with our vegan products!

If ordering a large quantity for a pre-planned event, please place the order with plenty of lead time and email/phone the office in advance to arrange timings.
